Blake and Brooke Allison are a dynamic team rooted in both the homebuilding and real estate industries, with deep ties to the Cleveland community. Blake, a civil engineering graduate from Tennessee Technological University, has spent over a decade in construction—growing Epperson Allison Homes into one of the most respected builders in the East Tennessee region. Under his leadership, the company has built hundreds of homes and earned numerous accolades, including the 2022 Home Builders Association of Tennessee State Builder of the Year and the Ocoee Region Builder of the Year in 2019. Blake has also served as President of the Ocoee Region Builders Association and currently chairs its Government Affairs Committee. He’s been a City of Cleveland Planning Commissioner since 2020.
Brooke Allison, a lifelong Southeast Tennessee resident, brings a wealth of knowledge in new construction, existing homes, and investment properties. She specializes in guiding first-time home buyers and partners with Rhee Epperson, a trusted name in local real estate for over 26 years. Together, Brooke and Blake offer a unique blend of construction expertise and personalized real estate service throughout Cleveland, Chattanooga, and the surrounding areas.
Outside of work, Blake and Brooke enjoy time with their two children, Beckett and Eliza, often spending weekends together on the Tennessee River.

Dennis and Rhee Epperson are the heart and foundation of Epperson Allison Homes. Married for over 40 years, they’ve spent a lifetime building not just homes, but a legacy rooted in hard work, family values, and a deep love for their community. Dennis has been a builder in the Cleveland area for over four decades, with hundreds of homes and numerous developments under his belt. His leadership in the homebuilding industry includes serving as President of the Home Builders Association of Tennessee and being named State Builder of the Year.
Rhee has been by his side every step of the way, bringing her expertise as a real estate agent and her natural warmth to every client interaction. Her ability to help families feel confident and cared for during the home buying process is one of the many reasons clients trust the Epperson name.
They are proud parents to two children, both of whom are involved in the building industry, and grandparents to four wonderful grandchildren. Whether spending weekends at the ballfield, volunteering on community projects, or taking a walk with their dog, the Eppersons find joy in the simple moments and the people they serve.

Reed and Chelsea Allison are a dynamic husband-and-wife team at the heart of Epperson Allison Homes. Reed, a Civil Engineering graduate from Tennessee Tech, brings a strong foundation in construction and project management, ensuring each home is built with precision and lasting quality. Chelsea, a local realtor, works closely with clients to guide them through the home buying process with knowledge, care, and attention to detail.
Together, they represent the next generation of Epperson Allison Homes—blending fresh energy with deep-rooted family values. In 2024, they welcomed their first child, a son named Easton, marking a new and joyful chapter in their lives. Becoming parents has deepened their appreciation for what home truly means and the role it plays in raising a family. Their home is also shared with Remi Lou, their loyal and spirited golden retriever, who keeps things lighthearted and fun.
